Hello! My name is Sharlene Lau, and I am a 17 year old composer from Huntington Beach, California. I play piano, violin, vibraphone, and marimba in addition to being a composer for two years.

I believe that music is a unique language that speaks without words. For me, music composition allows me to convey my truest emotions and tell stores. It is a way to hold memories to remember the time the music was created in, giving a new way to record history and unforgettable experiences. I hope that my music connects with people of similar experiences and lets them know they are not alone.
